Will delivery timing be affected by COVID-19?

Shipping time frames have been affected due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Due to delays via UPS &USPS we temporarily cannot offer next day or expedited shipments. Please allow for 5-10 business days on all orders. Thank you for your patience & understanding.

Are your stores open?

All our locations are now reopened.

I don't feel safe coming in to the store yet but need a repair done, what can I do?

We have curbside available at most locations or you can mail in your watches to our Richboro location. If you would like to have your repair shipped, email info@timeaftertimewatches.com . Within 48 hours someone from our team will reach out to you.

Can I ship my watch repair to you for service?

Yes, you can send any repairs to our corporate office. The turnaround time will vary depending on the repair. We will contact you with an estimate upon receipt.

Can I still order online? What precautions are you taking to ensure my package has been packaged safely?

Yes our website and service center are taking every precaution suggested by the CDC to protect you and our TaT team.

If I purchase a watch online, can it be sized to fit?

Yes! Simply click on “wrist sizing” option, print template, let us know the measurement and we will size before shipping. (View wrist sizing template here, also available on each watch product page)
