How long will our mall and casino retail stores be closed?

The health and safety of our associates, their families, and our communities is our top priority. TaT is following the guidance of leading health officials and made the decision to temporarily close all of our retail locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware until further notice. We will continue operations on timeaftertimewatches.com

The mall location I shop is closed and I would like to pick up a repair? What should I do?

Our TaT team is working diligently to assist customers who have repairs in our stores. We have all repairs in a secure facility. If you would like to have your repair shipped to you, email info@timeaftertimewatches.com with your repair number (located on upper right side of receipt) and which location you left it at. Within 48 hours someone from our team will reach out to have you reunited with your timepiece.

Can I ship my watch repair to you for service?

Yes, you can send any repairs to our corporate office. The turnaround time will vary depending on the repair. We will contact you with an estimate upon receipt.

The mall location I shop is closed and I would like to exchange a watch. Will your exchange policy be extended?

Yes, the exchange policy will be extended to cover the time we are required for closing. 30 days from the opening date per individual locations opening.

Can I still order online? What precautions are you taking to ensure my package has been packaged safely?

Yes our website and service center are taking every precaution suggested by the CDC to protect you and our TaT team.

If I purchase a watch online, can it be sized to fit?

Yes! Simply click on “wrist sizing” option, print template, let us know the measurement and we will size before shipping. (View wrist sizing template here, also available on each watch product page) 

Will delivery timing be affected by COVID-19?

Due to the current situation with COVID-19, you may experience delays in delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We value our customers greatly and thank you for your patience.

What happens to my layaway during store closures?

Your layaway is being kept in a secure facility. You can contact us at info@timeaftertimewatches.com to make a payment and we'll be happy to ship it out to you. monthly payments are being extended until the stores reopen.
